I have two very young daughters.

If they’re hurt, they cry. Then they are helped.

People cry because they want change. Crying people change things.

Regimes such as the one we are now immersed in rely on the inefficiency of benign protestation. They are rocks of corruption and greed obstructing our progression towards a universally civil, humane society. Rocks that re-stratify at a rate which makes any flak from wish or wash redundant.

There are very few things that would motivate me to partake in war. Though it just so happens that the protection of the NHS, of human rights and civil liberty all figure on my list. And it just so happens that all these things are in the process of being ruthlessly ransacked by our leaders.
